Brandy is in a transition period and is currently without a home. She is in need of support through a gift card to the nearest grocery store to the hotel that her and her son are staying at. This gift card will help them to be able to stock up as they await housing placement with their section 8 voucher.
Brandy is 28 years old and lives in CA
Brandy is a former foster youth that aged out of the system at 21. During her time in foster care she also became a teen mother to her son. She is currently enrolled in college and is an active member of the "Careers for a Cause" program. Brandy is excited to focus on her passion for impacting others with her lived experience of the foster care system and housing insecurity.
