Jason mask for Carl to wear to the Halloween dance

Carl is planning to dress up as Jason from Friday the 13th for Halloween. He's looking forward to attending his school's Halloween Dance, which will be his first time at a Halloween party. Carl is doing well in his new school and is working on improving his behavior. There have been no behavior issues at school this year, so he's been given permission to go to the dance.
Carl is 17 years old and lives in VA
Carl is a very happy-go-lucky young man who loves comic books, music, fishing, and drawing. He has some special needs and was recently removed from his home. Carl was not placed with his younger siblings because he needs more assistance with his daily living functions. He has not allowed his placement in foster care to stop his desire to work hard in school so that he can graduate on time. Carl does not allow his disability to stop his enjoyment of life. He loves visiting with his siblings every weekend and always has pictures for them to take back of his drawings.
