To counterbalance her busy schedule, Brie has committed to a self-care routine. She's particularly proud of her diligence in reducing her stress and anxiety. To ensure she consistently maintains her self-care regimen, Brie intends to restock her favorite products. Brie is a member of CASA-NYC's Youth Leadership Council. She spends her time advocating for youth who are still in foster care. Brie has aged out of care, but is still involved in the foster community. She transitioned from foster care to live independently around the time she turned 21 years old and has remained in her own apartment for several years. Her home has been a safe haven for many of her friends that have become like family as they've navigated the foster care system too. Brie's passion is cooking! She wants to be a chef when she gets older. Her favorite thing to cook is backed mac and cheese. She is working part-time as a pastry chef in Queens making delicious deserts and pastries.
