Peighton is in a non-relative placement home with his sister but has little to no contact with his biological parents. He is doing well in the home and is happy and thriving. The resource parents have their own children, all of whom play a musical instrument, and the resource mother is a music teacher. Peighton and his sister love music and have expressed an interest in learning to play an instrument, too. When asked what he wanted to learn to play, Peighton said he would like to play the guitar because he thinks it looks and sounds cool. The resource parent is very supportive and wants them to try new things. Peighton wishes for a guitar to start taking lessons with.
