Samiyah is the oldest of four and is like a second mother to them. She is very protective and often gives up having fun with her friends to take care of her siblings. She enjoys hanging with her friends when she can, likes to go to sports games at school, and used to be a cheerleader. She enjoys watching movies with her siblings.

Samiyah is a very smart girl and is in the gifted and talented classes at school. She loves fashion and getting her nails done and wishes to do cosmetology or become a nurse, but is also considering becoming an Engineer. Samiyah just started school and is in need of all new clothes because her home had bedbugs, and all of their belongings were thrown away. Samiyah is now living with her grandmother and is bedbug-free but has no clothes. Her mother was evicted and unable to provide financial assistance to the grandmother. Samiyah wishes for a gift card to purchase clothes to wear to school. This wish has been split into two parts to help Samiyah get what she needs. This is wish 2 of 2.
