Hope has been in the care of the Division for most of her young life. Her parents' parental rights were terminated, and she will be adopted by her current caregiver. She is a cheerful child who is adjusting well to her new life. Her caregiver wants to provide her with the opportunity to enjoy her childhood and stay happy for as long as possible. Hope enjoys going to the park and playing with her friend's baby stroller. She brings her own baby and shares the stroller with her friend. Hope wishes to have her own stroller to play with.
