Nadine was taken out of her home because her caregiver, who was diagnosed with Dementia, was absent. This left the children alone in a house flooded with sewer water and exposed electrical wires, and they were not going to school. As a young adult, Nadine finds it challenging to interact with people she doesn't know in the community. Despite this, she has dreams of working in real estate and is determined to improve her communication skills to achieve this. She is currently taking mostly online courses at a community college but is gradually adding more in-person classes.
