Hand held games to keep William busy

William is not able to work or leave the assisted living environment that he resides in. He is also not allowed to have any electronics that access to a camera or the internet. William continues to ask for electronics like DVD players and game consoles for his birthday. William's case manager has approved him to have a handheld game console as long as it meets this criteria. This will give William something to do during the day.
William is 18 years old and lives in MO
William has been in foster care most of his life. He does not have a lot of natural supports and lives in an assisted living environment in one of the most rural areas of Missouri. He collects pokemon and posters of old movies and video games. He enjoys talking on the phone with his case managers when he is able to.
