Little Mermaid Costume for Paisley who is excited about Halloween

Paisley loves "The Little Mermaid" and has told everyone that she wants to dress up as the character for Halloween. She will be going trick-or-treating and attending a Halloween dance at her school. Paisley is doing wonderfully in her new forever home, where she and her siblings have found permanency. She will be super excited when she sees her new mermaid costume.
Paisley is 4 years old and lives in VA
Paisley is a happy and healthy girl who loves to run and play with the family dog. Paisley lives in a foster home with her older sister. Paisley is very smart and knows how to count and spell her name. She loves to play hide and seek with the family dog. Paisley has struggled some since being removed from her home and placed in foster care, but she is some what comforted by being in the same home as her sister. Paisley loves bedtime stories, big hugs, and lots of kisses.
