Crystal is an awesome woman who has struggled in the system for many years. However, she is strong and has been able to fight for her mental health, regaining some of her happiness and emotional stability. She has had ups and downs, but she has consistently grown as a person and is now doing better for her sake and for her newborn. Crystal loves to bake and has recently applied for a program that will certify her as a baker so that she can continue to grow and find her career path.

Crystal has been facing challenges with her housing program and has been requesting a toaster for a while. She used to enjoy preparing and eating toast as a child and still likes to have a nice hot breakfast in the morning. Unfortunately, she has been unable to get help and has resorted to trying to make toast using the stove, which has resulted in a few injuries. Getting a toaster would mean a lot to her as it would lift her spirits and show her that there are kind people willing to help. Most importantly, it would demonstrate that her needs are being heard.
