He has been advised to attend job fairs, which are located some distance away from his home, and he is concerned about transportation. Recently, Kevin bought a vehicle and has spent a significant amount on car registration and insurance. He could really use some assistance with gas money so he can attend these job fairs and secure the perfect job!

Kevin is the only child that his parents had together. He was born in the US, raised in another country for the first years of his life, and came back to the US at the age of 10 after his father passed away. Kevin began to experience abuse from his mother. Kevin has no family in the US and does not have a relationship with his mother.
