Celeste is a big fan of Harley Quinn and has decided to dress up as her for Halloween. She found the perfect red and black jester costume, complete with a colorful wig and fun accessories. Celeste is excited to wear it to her school Halloween party. After the party, she'll go trick-or-treating with her friends, enjoying the fun of collecting candy as her favorite character.
Celeste is 10 years old and lives in AZ
Celeste is an incredible young girl who has overcome numerous obstacles in her life. She is thriving in her current foster home and excelling in school. Despite having moved around many times during her short life, she always seems to find her way back to her current foster home.
