Theo is very curious and fascinated by his foster dad's workshop and tools. A Black & Decker workbench would be an excellent resource for him to develop his fine motor skills and use his imagination by working with power tools to create little projects. He will also enjoy the lights and sounds that come with them!
Theo is 2 years old and lives in WA
Theo is a happy little guy who has been in foster care since birth. He is making great strides and smiles and babbles. He is very strong and even has already turned himself over, much to his surprise. Even with his great progress, Theo still has some developmental delays.
