Shiloh needs to shop for various makeup, nail products, and accessories to complete her Halloween costume this year. She wants to color her hair and apply makeup to her face, neck, arms, and legs. Additionally, she plans to do her nails. Having these items will help bring her cool zombie costume idea to life.

Shiloh is a sweet girl who loves to ride bikes and horses! She currently lives in a shelter, is settling in, and is eager to help out with daily chores. She enjoys craft time and is eager to help out with the younger children. She loves reading, especially mystery books. Her favorite color is blue.
