To streamline the cooking process and create quick meals, she plans to utilize an air fryer, making her life a bit easier while balancing her new responsibilities.

Alejandra is a shy and very loving young mom. She is smart and loves going to school. She is attentive of her newborn son and loves spending time watching him develop. Alejandra recently entered foster care and a second chance group home and she is adjusting well so far. Alejandra loves to share her culture and to cook Mexican food.
