Carissa absolutely loves music—it’s a big part of everything she does! Whether she's chilling at home, commuting on the bus, or hanging out with friends, she always has her headphones on, lost in her favorite playlists. She has an awesome mix of genres, so there's always the perfect soundtrack for her day. Lately, though, her trusty old headphones have been letting her down. The sound quality has faded, they keep losing connection, and sometimes they’re just plain uncomfortable. It’s been pretty frustrating!
