Khloe has a real passion for reading and loves checking out books from the library. If she had her own iPad, she could easily download a variety of books to read by herself or with her resource mom. She especially loves reading the Bible with her resource mom, and an easy-to-read version on the iPad would be a great addition.With the iPad, Khloe could also play fun games like Minecraft and use it to help her with her homework, whether it’s working on spelling, math problems, or setting reminders to get her assignments done. Plus, it would help her stay connected with her family through FaceTime, like chatting with her older sister, aunt, and cousins. Right now, she shares her foster sister's iPad, but having her own would really mean a lot to her. Khloe truly deserves this!
Khloe is 11 years old and lives in CA
Khloe has been in foster care for 4 years and 4 months, the longest of any child in our agency alongside her sibling. Every six months, she hopes to either return home or finally be adopted. At her young age, she struggles to understand why she can’t go home but remains optimistic about her future. Khloe is excelling in school, particularly in writing, spelling, reading, and math. She enjoys playing soccer, reading with her resource mom, and playing Minecraft. Despite the challenges of being in foster care, Khloe remains sweet, loving, and caring.
