Sunshine has experienced the challenges of being in multiple foster homes. Initially, she was placed in a home with her siblings, but they were eventually separated, which was incredibly difficult for her. Thankfully, she has since been reunited with them in a loving home. Sunshine is remarkably smart and deeply aware of her situation. When I first met her, she expressed her feelings through art, drawing a bright blue sky with a sun and remarking that everyone deserves a sunny day instead of a grey sky. Her passions include drawing, visiting the park, and riding her scooter, bringing joy to her life despite the hardships she has faced.
