Dorothy is an adorable little one who has grown up a lot in the last two years she has been in foster care. She is in a pre-adoptive foster home with her siblings. She is affectionate and sweet with animals. She loves all her older siblings and likes being the youngest. Dorothy likes to share with others and loves being in school.
