Millie is an incredible, talented, and bright young lady who loves playing video games, drawing, and socializing with her friends. She has been in foster care for two years and is on track to be adopted by her foster parents. When Millie came into care, she had only the clothes on her back and her special blanket, which kept her safe and warm at night. Millie has made great strides in becoming a typical teenager; she now focuses on what to wear to school and her grades, rather than worrying about raising her siblings. As an outstanding student, she strives for straight A's every quarter. Millie hopes to become a marine biologist after graduating from high school and dreams of swimming with sharks in faraway lands.
