Dakota is a very typical teenage girl. She has been in foster care for a very long time and her biggest wish is to be adopted. Dakota is very sweet but can be shy around new people. She is an animal lover of all sorts, but her favorite animal is a cat! She is very artistic and loves to draw in her free time.
