Gavin is a charismatic, social youth who entered foster care in December 2022 with his three siblings, who are his best friends. Unfortunately, when he entered foster care, there were not many placement options, and Gavin ended up being placed with his older brother, Julius, while his two sisters were placed in another home over an hour away. Since being in care, Gavin has grown extremely close to his brother. Upon entering foster care, Gavin started at an in-person school for the first time since early childhood, which came with a lot of ups and downs. However, Gavin was committed to succeeding and is now an A & B student. His favorite subject is gym class, which makes sense given his deep passion for all things sports. Gavin also has a cool passion for fixing up bikes, which got him connected to a carpentry and construction internship, where he learned even more about his talents for building and creating things.
