Rin is currently a freshman in school and is living in an off-campus apartment. She has to commute to campus to use the desktop computers for her more detailed assignments and projects. Rin is very passionate about playing online video games, but her current computer doesn't have the capacity to run them. She plans to save money to purchase her own PC, but she is asking for help to acquire a monitor to assist her in this process.
Rin is 20 years old and lives in OR
Rin lives as a participant in a semi-assisted living program for Transition-Aged Youth. She is working toward attending college, where she plans to major in creative writing. Rin entered the Department of Human Services (DHS) care as a teen and later moved with a family member. However, she reentered DHS care and has been in the system ever since. By the time she turned 18, Rin had lived in 10 different placements. In her free time, she enjoys playing video games, participating in Dungeons & Dragons (DnD) with friends, writing poetry, and reading books.
