Aliya has recently moved into a new group home and wants to start attending the local community center with the other residents. She aims to lose weight and stay healthy so that she can go on longer hikes this summer. Currently, Aliya doesn't get much physical activity during her day program, and with winter approaching, joining the community center would also allow her to participate in water aerobics.

Aliya is a very special young woman who has aged out of the foster care system. She currently lives in a group home for adults with disabilities. When she is not attending her day program, Aliya enjoys exploring and going on adventures. She is also developing a passion for raising plants and chickens. Aliya appreciates simple things and prefers quiet places.
