Jazz's favorite way to practice self-care is through art. They take pride in this journey, especially considering their physical handicap. Jazz is requesting a gift card to shop for supplies at their local art store, which will allow them to independently make purchases for their art practice.

Jazz is an amazing human being. Jazz is an active self-advocate, deeply empathetic, and open to sharing about their experiences and their feelings. It helps other youth share as well. Jazz has a great sense of humor, loves gardening, and will try just about anything. They are deeply loyal to their friends and family.
