It’s a great way for him to explore his passion for music while also benefiting his development!
Julian is 7 months old and lives in CA
Julian was born with substances in his system and entered foster care just days after his birth. He was placed in the home of his maternal aunt. Julian is doing well and is receiving all the special services he needs due to his prenatal substance exposure. He is a happy baby, always sporting a smile on his face. He is alert and enjoys playing with his older sibling, who is also living with their maternal aunt.
