Kjay is a caring and curious child. Although he has developmental delays and struggles to communicate because he is nonverbal, he loves to draw and color. Kjay is very energetic and enjoys watching cartoons and playing with his older brother. He is currently in the process of being adopted by his paternal grandparents.
