This Christmas, she hopes to receive a Barnes and Noble gift card, envisioning it as an invitation to indulge in that beloved ritual—exploring the aisles and discovering new literary treasures at her own leisurely pace.

Alexia is a determined young woman with beautiful twin girls. She is working so hard every day to raise her babies and create the best future for them. She’s going to college online to receive her nursing degree so she can one day become a labor and delivery nurse to help another woman the way her nurses helped her. She’s currently living in a house for women with children along with a few other ladies, thanks to the recommendation from her nurses. She’s a bright young woman with a big heart who’s ready to do all she can to give her daughters the best life possible.
