Additionally, having an iPad would benefit him during his breaks at work. With this device, Derek can also play games, journal, watch workout videos, and listen to meditations, all while on the go. An iPad would significantly enhance his productivity and leisure time, making these activities easily accessible wherever he is.

Derek has faced adversity throughout his life but continues to show determination in building a successful future for himself. Growing up, he didn't have many opportunities like his peers. Now that he is out on his own in his first place, he is displaying the grit needed to set himself up for bigger and better things. He hopes to go to medical school.
