Neiko is a world-class cutie and an unparalleled sweetheart. Despite the stress of moving to foster care, he has shown incredible resilience and continues to laugh and play with enthusiasm. He shares a wonderful bond with his sister, and the two are as thick as thieves. Both siblings have a deep love for animals, and Neiko is especially gentle with the family cat. His calm and pleasant demeanor makes him a joy to be around, and while he rarely gets upset, bedtime can occasionally pose a challenge. Neiko is particularly captivated by nature programs, often becoming so engrossed that it's hard to pull him away. Overall, his positive spirit shines through, making him a delightful presence in any situation.

Neiko recently entered foster care and unfortunately only has summer clothes. He has many winter needs, but the priority right now is a coat and possibly some mittens. He loves to play outside, so any assistance with this would be greatly appreciated!
