India was removed from her home due to physical and sexual abuse. She has moved to several placement but recently found a family that accepts her for who she is. India is very shy and doesn't always fit in with the other school kids, but he is an excellent student. She sometimes cries and leaves the classrooms, but she finally found a few girls who are good friends with her now. She loves knitting, quilting and anything arts and crafts. She and her friends have started a craft club at her new school, and that seems to be really helping her settle in and feel more connected.

India is flourishing now that she has found a nurturing family where she feels free to be her true self. Her transformation is evident as she blossoms and develops both at home and in the classroom. She has joined a vibrant crafts group at school, where her creativity can run wild. For her birthday, she expressed a heartfelt wish for a button maker, specifically in her favorite shade of blue, reflecting her playful spirit and artistic flair.
