Having outgrown his current wardrobe, he is in need of essentials like cozy sweaters, jackets, long-sleeve shirts, and durable pants. With these new additions, Carter will be ready to stay active, enjoy outdoor activities, and embrace the season while remaining both warm and stylish. Carter is 13 years old and lives in TX
Carter came into care with his mother when he was one year old. Unfortunately, she decided to leave him in his foster placement to move in with her boyfriend. Carter is a very lovable and affectionate boy who enjoys laughing and making others laugh as well. He loves watching sports on TV, especially football, and his favorite team is the Cleveland Browns. Carter is a sweet boy who leaves a lasting impression on everyone he meets.
