Passion was unable to have a traditional baby shower because she lacks the usual support system that most expecting moms have. She is requesting a kit to help her heal after giving birth to her bundle of joy. This would alleviate one concern for her as she transitions into motherhood.
Passion is 21 years old and lives in NM
Passion was placed in a guardianship with a relative at a young age; once she turned 18, this guardian no longer wanted to be part of her life. Passion now has two roommates and lives with peers who truly care for her. She is excited to be a mom, even if she is doing it on her own. She has started to collect the necessities for her baby to have a comfortable arrival. She enjoys doing her makeup, connecting with the outside, and advocating for her younger siblings still in care.
