Kelsey is currently wearing her mother's coat to school because the weather is getting colder. She has been wanting a new coat for some time. A gift card to Burlington would be perfect, allowing her to choose a stylish new coat and some boots to match. Since Kelsey walks to school, having her own warm and fashionable coat would make her daily journey much more comfortable and enjoyable. This request has been split into two wishes to allow for a great shopping trip! This is wish 2 of 2.
Kelsey is 14 years old and lives in OH
Kelsey is an amazing girl who is currently living in a foster home with a family friend. Foster care has been tough on her, but she has remained a very happy and hopeful. Spending time with her siblings is one of her favorite things to do. Kelsey is hoping to returned to her mother's home. She is kind and sweet to others and always has a smile on her face. At a very young age, she has become a mom herself. Kelsey is very nervous however, feels that she can be a good mother and remain in school.
