For Christmas, Nylah has her heart set on a pair of solo Beats headphones. She loves listening to music, but since she shares a room with her foster sibling and other siblings, she often feels limited in her enjoyment because her music tends to annoy them. Having her own Beats headphones would truly make her Christmas special, allowing her to fully immerse herself in her favorite tunes without disturbing anyone else.
Nylah is 10 years old and lives in CA
Nylah and her sisters entered foster care in August 2019. Unfortunately, due to various issues that have come up with their foster parents, the girls have had to be moved to 3 different foster homes over the past 7 months which has been very traumatic and scary for the girls. The only positive thing has been that they have remained together each time they were moved and have not needed to be separated from one another. Nylah is such a sweet girl who loves to be social and play. She misses going to school in person but does her best to stay positive.
