Every night, he loves reading aloud to his foster parents, bringing stories to life by acting out different characters and giving each one a unique voice. Emory is full of energy, and his foster parents are thrilled to nurture his natural curiosity and love of learning by providing him with plenty of books. Having a Kindle would mean he can take his passion for reading with him wherever he goes and discover even more stories as soon as he finishes the last one. For Emory, reading is not just fun—it helps him cope with his big feelings and bonds him closer to his foster parents.

Emory is an energetic and creative young man currently living in his eighth foster home, through no fault of his own. Foster care has been challenging for Emory, but he has found a loving home that adores him for his quirky and vibrant personality. He loves to read and has an incredible memory for remembering the facts he learns in his books. Emory has a special ability to light up any room he enters.
