Khalil lives in Oregon where they have very cold temperatures during the winter months including frequent wind and rain. He currently commutes in his scooter to and from his job and is in need of a warm jacket to keep him warm. His favorite brand is The North Face and he has been wanting to purchase this jacket to keep him warm and dry while he is out.

Khalil is an exceptional young man who has been in the foster care system since he was 15 years old. Throughout his journey in foster care, Khalil has thrived and remained focused on achieving his goals. One of his greatest accomplishments was graduating high school with a 3.6 GPA and getting accepted into his dream college, the University of Oregon, where he plans to study computer science. He is polite, resilient, and always maintains a positive attitude. In his free time, Khalil enjoys spending time with friends, watching and playing sports, and dining at his favorite restaurants.
