Foster Parent Association of WilkesLibby is a sweet little girl who had a very rough start to life after a traumatizing brain injury. She is doing well and learning how to adjust to her new life. Libby was never cared for properly which has led to other learning adjustments. She is a very precious and loving child who has a lot of things to work on.
Libby is so excited about her wish for a sling bag to carry all her favorite things! She wants to store her small toys and baby dolls in it, along with her must-have items like chapstick. With this cute bag by her side, Libby feels like a little princess, and it will keep her busy and happy during those boring moments in life.
