Jaydan has been living in a residential facility for the past nine months and is set to transition to a community-based foster home next week. During his time at the facility, he has grown, and the clothes he arrived with no longer fit him. As a result, Jaydan needs an updated wardrobe that will fit him properly and help him continue to feel his best.
Jaydan is 15 years old and lives in ND
Jaydan loves sports, fishing, and being active with his peers. He enjoys spending time with those who care about him. Having been in care for many years, Jaydan is currently waiting to find his forever family. Despite everything he has gone through, he always has the biggest smile on his face. Jaydan aspires to become a strength trainer when he grows up.
