Jessica is hoping to get a desk for her bedroom so she can set up a study area. Having a dedicated space to study will help her focus better and tackle her homework without distractions. This way, she can complete her assignments more quickly and stay organized.
Jessica is 13 years old and lives in NC
Jessica has always enjoyed taking care of her siblings and is having trouble adjusting to foster care and the idea of just being being a kid. Jessica is bouncy and happy at times but there are many times when she wants to be alone. She loves spending time with her foster family and especially enjoys fun family outings. School is new to her, and she is enjoying it very much. Jessica loves her stuffed animals and just having the same home everyday.
