The loss of her phone has left Serenity distraught, as it was her primary tool for applying to employment opportunities and universities. Without it, her ability to respond to potential employers and important emails has been severely hindered, making it difficult for her to secure a job. Additionally, she struggles to access vital resources and has lost touch with friends and family, deepening her sense of isolation.
