Ever since Eva entered foster care, her grandmother has been there for her, providing care and support. Having a sewing machine would really help their time together during school breaks. It would make sewing easier for her grandmother, allowing Eva to learn new skills and keep their special bond alive.

Eva is a kind, adventurous, and hard-working student at UC Santa Barbara, where she is majoring in Fine Arts with a minor in the History of Architecture. One of Eva's greatest works is a painting of a mother cow and her calf, which has captivated all who visited her school exhibits. When she is not in school, Eva enjoys spending time with her siblings and grandparents.
