Flo has been in care for four years and is a wonderfully kind and warm-hearted child. During this time, he has made significant emotional progress. He refuses to let labels define him. A passionate sports fan, Flo also expresses himself creatively through dance and the performing arts—opportunities he didn’t have in his previous foster home. Thanks to this supportive environment, he has learned to regulate his emotions and let his true personality shine. He is very social and enjoys talking and playing board games with his friends and family.
