Since being placed in foster care, Israel hasn’t had the chance to play outside with his toys. This firetruck would bring him joy, allowing him to play with his toys alongside his brothers. Israel particularly enjoys toys that make noise.

Israel is the 3rd youngest of 4 children. He loves to play with his siblings outside. When going into the community, Israel will often go up to other children to make a friend. He is always smiling and happy. Israel is a bright young child who enjoys toys that make noise.
