Katie is looking forward to welcoming her baby girl in February 2025. To make the most of their precious time together, she dreams of having a few fun items that will encourage bonding and play. One of the items on her wish list is a play mat, perfect for laying, sitting, and tummy time. Unfortunately, due to a limited social network and her current inability to work, acquiring a play mat or gym isn’t something she can prioritize right now. Having this item would greatly enhance their interactions, allowing Katie to engage and bond with her daughter during these formative moments.
Katie is 18 years old and lives in NJ
Katie is a loving and caring young lady who recently aged out of foster care and just got her first apartment. The hardest part about having been in foster care was being away from her brother, which continues to be a challenge, but she hopes to have a consistent relationship with them one day. Katie is a cosmetology student and will be graduating with her esthetician license in February 2025. During that time, she will also have her first baby. She has been working at Five Below since the summer of 2023 but is currently on leave due to her pregnancy.
