Having been separated by the foster care system, they don’t get to see one another as often as they would like. This trip promises a fun opportunity for them to reconnect and enjoy quality time together, strengthening their bond and making up for lost moments.
Shona is 17 years old and lives in NC
Shona enjoys being around family and was really scared when she came into foster care. She comes from a sibling set of seven and loves being part of a large family. Her favorite things include watching birds, playing with blocks, and swinging. She really depends on her sisters to be there for her.
