Currently, Carol relies on Uber and Ozark Regional Transport for transportation, as her family cannot teach her how to drive. At the moment, she spends nearly $300 per month on ride-sharing services, which has placed a considerable financial strain on her. Given her challenging home environment, gaining the independence that comes with having a car would be incredibly beneficial.
