Layton would be incredibly proud to own a gaming system of his own. Moving to a new home can be challenging for anyone, especially for a child with ADHD. Layton is putting in a lot of effort to forge friendships at school and within the community, and one common interest he shares with potential friends is video games. He loves to discuss and learn about them, but unfortunately, he doesn’t have a system of his own to actually play. Owning a gaming console would not only help him feel more included among his peers but also boost his self-esteem. It would provide him with opportunities to build relationships with friends and spend quality time with family members who live far away. Having a system would truly enhance his social experience and help him feel more connected.
