Ramylah and her sister recently moved in placement with their grandmother, which has been a significant adjustment for them. They weren't able to bring many clothes, and Ramylah really needs some warm clothing because of the bitterly cold weather outside. Her grandmother wants her to experience the joy of picking out clothes for herself, as she hasn't had that opportunity before.
