Isaac is currently residing in transitional housing and is preparing to age out. During his time in the program, he has worked hard to develop essential skills for independent living, including managing personal finances, cooking, and maintaining a routine. These achievements have instilled confidence in his ability to successfully transition to the next chapter of his life. Isaac has a deep love for music and often spends his free time exploring different genres, creating playlists, and sharing his discoveries with friends. Social by nature, Isaac values quality time with his close-knit group of friends and is always open to meeting new people who share his interests. Isaac has been an active participant in the events and activities organized by New Culture. From group outings to workshops, he seizes every opportunity to connect with peers and strengthen his sense of community. As he prepares to transition out of the program, Isaac plans to expand his support network and build meaningful connections beyond the providers and residents he's come to know during his stay. He's looking forward to fostering these new relationships as a key part of his journey toward full independence.
